TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 sm. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
2 c. mixed vegetables (broccoli, corn and cauliflower)
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 box corn bread mix or homemade cornbread batter

Saute onion and bell pepper in 2 teaspoons butter, brown ground turkey. Add remaining ingredients, except cornbread batter. Stir ingredients together, place in a casserole dish. Pour batter over the top, bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cornbread is brown.
