HAMBURGER HAWAIIAN 
2/3 c. canned milk
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

13 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks (drain, use juice)
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine pineapple juice and remaining ingredients. Heat to thick. Add pineapple and green pepper.

Form 6 patties; brown in skillet in little fat. Pour sauce over meat; simmer 35-40 minutes.
