EASTER OMELETTE EXTRAORDINAIRE 
3 eggs per person
1/2 c. shredded cheese
8 oz. sliced ham, cubed
1/4 c. chopped onions
Milk

Mix 2 ounce milk in 3 eggs; whip. Pour into omelette pan. Add ham and onions until cooked. Serve with hashbrowns or steak fries, juice and toast. Makes a wonderful breakfast or brunch.
