GILLYGALOO OMELETTE 
1/4 c. butter
18 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced ham or crumbled, fried bacon
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 c. grated cheddar or Swiss cheese

Melt butter in a 9"x13" cake pan. Beat eggs and mix together with sour cream, milk and salt. Stir in onion, ham and green pepper. Pour over melted butter in pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 40 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of omelette and bake another 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve. Makes 12 servings.
