1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 egg 1/3 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Sugar & chopped nuts 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. water 1/3 c. oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla Line muffin tins with paper baking cups. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar, vanilla and beat well. Fill liners 1/3 full of cocoa butter. Beat well cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Blend in chocolate chips. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of this mixture to each cup. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
