CARAMEL CORN 
5 qts. popcorn
1 c. raw peanuts
1 c. butter
2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together popcorn and raw peanuts; set aside. Melt butter and add brown sugar and syrup; heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add baking soda, salt and vanilla. Stir well. Pour over popcorn and peanut mixture. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
