JIMMY CARTER CAKE 
FIRST LAYER:

2/3 c. nuts
1 stick butter
1 c. flour

Mix ingredients well and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes; cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix until well blended. Spread over cool crust.

THIRD LAYER:

1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
2 1/4 c. milk

Mix together pudding and milk. Spread on top of second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread remaining Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts.
