CHEESY SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Deep pie crust

Fry sausage until thoroughly cooked, then drain on paper towel. Reserve 2 tablespoons fat to saute onion and green pepper. Combine cheese and flour in a separate bowl. Stir in sausage, green pepper, and onion. Spread mixture into pie crust. Mix together remaining ingredients; pour into shell over meat mixture. Bake on cookie sheet 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
