OVEN CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. salted cashews
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Dash of paprika

Mix in order given, but reserve 1/2 can onion rings and paprika. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, covered 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining onion rings and paprika. Return to oven for 5 minutes more, uncovered.

NOTE: If doing ahead of time, leave out nuts and onion rings and add to casserole just before baking.
