HAM AND CHEESE PIZZA LOAF 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 egg white to brush over dough

FILLING:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
12 oz. sliced, diced lunch meat
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1-2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Grease large cookie sheet. Combine all crust ingredients and mix well. Knead lightly on floured surface and shape into a ball. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth, cover and let rest 5 minutes.

In skillet saute onions in butter until tender. Combine all filling ingredients. On lightly floured surface roll dough into 15x10 inch rectangle. Spread filling in a 4 inch strip down center of dough, fold long sides of dough and pinch ends to seal. Place on cookie sheet and let rise for 15 minutes. Brush with egg whites. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into slices.
