SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
2 oz. unsalted butter
1/2 c. bacon, cooked, chopped or deli ham
1/2 c. prosciutto, chopped
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. heavy cream
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan cheese for garnish

1. Melt butter in large saute pan, add bacon and prosciutto, saute for 2 minutes. Leave in pan.

2. In bowl, stir egg yolks, heavy cream, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Hold aside.

3. Add cooked spaghetti to pan with bacon and prosciutto. Mix together and pour in cream mixture. Saute for 1 minute, add more pepper, optional.

4. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top. 2 servings.
