EASY LEMON CHIFFON PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice (approx. 2 lemons)
2 egg yolks, beaten
Sprinkling of lemon rind
Baked pastry shell, cooled

Or graham cracker crust, or chocolate cookie crust is good.

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Spread into baked shell and chill. Top pie with meringue or whipped cream or Cool Whip.
