MARIE'S LEMON CHIFFON PIE 
3 well-beaten egg yolks (save whites)
1 c. sugar
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. boiling water
1 tbsp. flour

Combine well-beaten egg yolks together with 1/2 cup sugar, grated rind and juice, and boiling water. Cook in double boiler until thick. Beat whites of 3 eggs very stiff and add 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into thickening. If 1 tablespoon flour is added, it will stand up better. Fill a baked crust and brown very quickly.
