HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
4 sliced hard cooked eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crumbled potato chips

Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Pour into casserole dish. Top with chips and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve hot. Turkey may be substituted for chicken.
