AMISH CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. (#2) can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Stir together and pour into 9x13 inch or two 8x8 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Frost when cool.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar

Beat until creamy. Frost cake.
