OAT BAKED APPLE 
4 oz. reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. uncooked quick cooking oats
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. oat bran
1 tbsp. coarsely chopped pecans
1 tbsp. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 lg. baking apples, cored
1/2 c. cold water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut half of cheese into small cubes, shred remainder. Mix cheese cubes, oats, brown sugar, oat bran, pecans, raisins and cinnamon until well blended. Place baking apples in 8 inch square pan; fill with oat mixture. Pour water in bottom of pan. Cover with foil; bake 30 minutes.

Uncover, continue baking 15 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, continue baking until cheese is melted. 4 servings.
