CASSEROLE - PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
2 c. fine cracker crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt, pepper and flour
2 (16 oz.) cans peas
2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup

Salt, pepper and flour pork chops and dip into beaten eggs and then cracker or bread crumbs. Brown in oil. Layer pork chops, peas, tomato soup in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Jack says this is one of the dishes Dorothy caught him with!
