VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli and carrots
1 can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. crushed potato chips

Microwave or bake in casserole dish in moderate (350 degree) oven until bubbly 25 - 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
