TURKEY DIVAN 
2 pkgs. asparagus, cooked, drained & cut-up
Turkey breast, cooked & sliced
1/2 lb. Sharp cheese, grated
2 dashes lemon juice

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk

Layer asparagus in 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking pan. Cover with sliced turkey breast, then sprinkle cheese generously over turkey. Add dashes of lemon juice.

Beat sauce ingredients until smooth. Pour over cheese, then add remainder of Cheddar as topping.

Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly, about 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

NOTE: Chicken may be substituted for turkey, and broccoli for asparagus.
