S'MORE PIE 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. reg. vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c. milk chocolate pieces
Graham cracker crust
1 c. tiny marshmallows

Prepare crust according to directions on package. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes or until browned. Cool. Separate egg yolks from whites; set whites aside for meringue.

FILLING:

In saucepan beat egg yolks slightly. Stir in milk and vanilla pudding mix. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat.

Cover surface with clear plastic wrap or wax paper; cool to room temperature. Place marshmallow in baked pastry shell. Sprinkle chocolate pieces evenly over marshmallows.

Spoon cooled filling over chocolate pieces. Make meringue with remaining egg whites. Beat until stiff, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cream of tartar and continue to beat. Pour over pie and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown.
