SHRIMP FRITTERS 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. Accent
2/3 - 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 lb. shrimp (shelled and deveined)

Combine all the ingredients, except shrimp, to make a batter. Dip shrimp into batter and deep fry until golden brown. (Batter may be used for onion rings also.)
