HOLLYMEAD VEGETABLE SALAD 
4 lg. cucumbers (thinly sliced)
4 lg. green peppers (sliced into thin rings)
4 med. onions (sliced into thin rings)
2 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate 4 hours, prior to serving. Before serving, stir well to coat vegetables.
