SOUR CREAM RAISIN PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. hot water

In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, sour cream and oil. Mix well. Spread in 8" or 9" square pan. In small bowl combine brown sugar and hot water, pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve warm.
