CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. Milnot
1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add lemon juice. Cool. Cream sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese together; add Jello mixture and mix well. Whip Milnot and fold in. Crush graham crackers and add melted butter and press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add filling and refrigerate. Before serving, top with the pie filling.
