LEG OF LAMB 
1 leg of lamb
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 c. orange juice

Place lamb on rack in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Roast at 325 degrees 2 1/2 hours. Pour orange juice over lamb roast. Bake 30 minutes to 1 hour longer. Baste lamb frequently while it roasts. Serves 6.
