1 lb. ground beef or turkey
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
(try adding sliced avocados and taco meat)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Cook and drain beef and onion. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater). Pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes, then top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted (5 to 8 minutes). Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
