6 chicken breasts, boned and skinless 1 can or jar gravy 1 pkg. stuffing 1 cran-fruit sauce (apple, orange, or raspberry) Apple or orange juice Roll chicken breast loosely and place in a casserole dish. Pour can of gravy over chicken. Prepare stuffing, substituting juice or cider for water. Mix cran-fruit sauce as much or as little as you want in with the stuffing. Place over the top of chicken and gravy. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Best used with cranapple sauce with apple cider. |
