BLENDER BANANA CAKE 
3 ripe bananas (should make 1 c. puree)
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Grease a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend ripe bananas in blender. Add oil and eggs, blend all together well. Sift together dry ingredients in medium size bowl. Pour banana mixture all at once into dry ingredients; mix just until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
