APPLE CINNAMON JELLY 
1 qt. apple juice
1 pkg. powdered pectin
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. red hots

Combine juice and pectin in a large pan and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and red hots, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour into glass jars at once.
