APPLE-CINNAMON JELLY 
4 c. apple juice
1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies

Combine juice and pectin in large saucepan; bring to a full, rolling boil. Add sugar and candies, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Let boiling subside; skim foam from top. Pour into sterilized jars; seal. Makes 7 half pints.
