SEA FOAM SALAD | |
1 pkg. (sm.) lime Jello 1 can 2 1/2 size pears, mashed 2 (3 oz.) or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. milk Pinch salt 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 pt. whipped cream (or Cool Whip) Heat juice from pears to dissolve Jello in. Mix cream cheese with milk and add to Jello mixture with lemon juice. Add pears and let sit until almost ready to congeal and fold in whipped cream. Chill. Serves 12. |
