CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
Chicken filets or boned breasts
Ham slices
Slices of cheese (Swiss, American, Provolone, etc. any kind)
Cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
Mushrooms

In each chicken fillet, place 1 slice of ham, and 1 slice of cheese. Roll the fillets and place in a casserole dish with opening (seam) facing downward. Put a slice of cheese on top of each. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can of milk, mushrooms and chicken bouillon. Pour over chicken fillets. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
