MEXICAN LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (17 oz.) can corn, drained
1 c. salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. oregano
1 (10 pkg.) corn tortilla
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack cheese

Mix corn, salsa and taco seasoning to ground beef. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix together cottage cheese and eggs.

5 corn tortillas, layer bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer half of hamburger mixture. Add layer of cottage cheese mixture (all). Layer 5 corn tortillas. Layer 1/2 hamburger mixture. Then top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
