1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Several drops of milk

Mix softened cream cheese and peanut butter thoroughly. Add half of powdered sugar and cream of tartar. Mix well and add remaining sugar adding enough drop of milk to make into a spreading consistency.
