MUSHROOM CHICKEN BREAST 
4 lg. split chicken breast
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. flour
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water

Brown chicken in oil that has been coated with flour. Place chicken in large baking dish. Place fresh mushrooms (sliced and stems removed), soup mix, mushroom soup and 1 soup can of water over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Very good served over rice on noodles.
