PINE NUT DRESSING 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tbsp. minced shallot
Dash garlic powder
Freshly ground pepper
1/3 c. pine nuts
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs

In skillet heat oil and butter. Saute onion, shallot, garlic powder and ground pepper until soft, not browned. Stir in pine nuts and bread crumbs. Stir until golden. Spoon over vegetables of salads. Serves 4 to 6.
