FRUIT/CHEESE BREAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1 (17 oz.) pkg. bread mix (may use any kind)

Cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Add 1 egg and orange peel. Set aside. Combine 1 egg (slightly beaten), juice, and water. Stir into bread mix. Turn 2/3 bread mix mixture into pan. Spread cheese mixture over above. Cover with remaining bread mix. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Wrap in foil.
