OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler fryer, cut up

Heat butter in oblong pan 9 x 13 x 2 inches until melted. Mix in Bisquick, salt, paprika and pepper; coat chicken. Place chicken pieces, skin sides down in pan. Bake uncovered in 425 degree oven for 35 minutes. Turn chicken; bake uncovered until done about 15 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.
