OATMEAL BREAD 
1 (1 oz.) dry yeast
2 3/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut oil
8 c. flour
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. dry milk

Combine yeast, water, and sugar. Combine flour, milk, salt, and oatmeal. Add 1/2 dry mixture to yeast, water and sugar. Add eggs and oil. Mix with dough hook 6 minutes. Add remaining dry ingredients. Mix with dough hook. Let rise until double in volume. Divide into 1 1/2 pound loaves. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield 5 loaves.
