CABBAGE CRUNCH 
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. butter
1 head cabbage (chopped) or pkg. preshredded cabbage
4 green onions, cut fine
2 (3 oz. each) pkg. Ramen noodles
Any meat, turkey, ham, shrimp or chicken

(Chicken or oriental flavor noodles. Do not cook; break into small pieces.)

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. oil
Flavor packets from the noodles

Saute sesame seeds and almonds in butter until almonds have a toasted look. Mix together with cabbage, onion, ramen noodles and meat. Mix dressing ingredients and toss with salad just before serving.
