BEEF FRY RICE 
1/2 lb. steak
4 c. fluffy cooked rice, brown or white
2 bunches green onion with bottoms
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. green peas
2 hard scrambled eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce to taste
1/2 c. vegetable oil

1. Cook rice 2 hours before preparing dish.

2. Slice beef into thin bite-size pieces. Saute with 1 tablespoon oil and then set aside.

3. In wok add remaining oil and heat. Add rice and all other ingredients.

4. Toss ingredients in hot oil with wok spatula while adding soy sauce to taste.

5. If desired add 3-4 drops of sesame oil on fried rice. Serves 6. May substitute other meats.
