1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. butter
4 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt (can be omitted)

Stir and roll into balls. Roll in sugar and press out with fancy glass bottom. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. These are sure to melt in your mouth.
