MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH CORNBREAD 
2 c. Bisquick or baking mix
1 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
8 oz. cream corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients well. Grease 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
