CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) carton spreadable Cracker Barrel (in red cover carton) Kraft
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt

Cream all ingredients together in food processor, or with mixer. Serve as dip with crackers (I like Wheat Thins best) or fresh vegetables.

(For low-cal version use Weight Watcher's cheddar cheese spread and light cream cheese. Reduce vinegar to 1/2 tablespoon.)
