EASY CHERRY CRUNCH CAKE 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 c. shortening
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients except pie filling. Pat 2/3 of dough in greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Spread pie filling over dough. Crumble remaining dough over pie filling. Bake about 30 minutes. Serve warm. Delicious with ice cream or topping. 9-12 servings.
