SESAME ORANGE ROUGHY 
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. light sesame oil
1/2 tsp. ginger root, peeled and minced
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
4 (4 oz.) orange roughy fillets
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. green onion, chopped

Combine first six ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Brush both sides of each fillet with lime juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds. In a large non-stick skillet, melt butter and butter over low-medium heat. Add fillets and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Drizzle with soy sauce mix. Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.
