TOLL HOUSE PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (9 inch) frozen pie shell
Whipped or ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt and cool butter to room temperature. In large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Beat in flour and the sugars until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 1 hour (or cover and refrigerate until ready to bake). Top with either cream if desired.
