BUTTERHORNS 
1 c. butter, soft
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 c. flour
Dash of salt

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cottage cheese until smooth. Add flour and salt. Form into a ball and refrigerate overnight. Form into a ball and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Roll each into a circle and cut into 12 wedges. Roll up to pointed end and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING: Cream powdered sugar and butter. Add milk and vanilla. Frost rolls while warm. Makes 36 rolls. May freeze rolls before baking.
