CASABURO SALAD 
6 anchovies
8 oz. wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/4 oz. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 pt. (16 oz.) oil

Blend the first 8 ingredients in a blender. Pour in oil in a stream.

SALAD:

Iceberg and Romaine lettuce, torn
Sweet red pepper, chopped
Green onions (including green tops), chopped
Parmesan, Romano, Provolone, and Mozzarella cheeses, grated
Croutons and bacon pieces

Toss all, except the croutons and bacon. Add dressing 15 minutes before serving. Add croutons and bacon at serving time.

CROUTONS:

This is my own crouton recipe. 1/2 c. Casaburo dressing 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Toss ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet. Stir every 5 minutes. They are done when lightly brown.
