ORIENTAL POT ROAST 
3-4 lbs. beef-blade pot roast
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 green peppers, cut in strips
3 carrots, cut in slices
2 tomatoes, cut in eighths
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook 8-10 hours.

Serves 6.
